About the Store

A fabricator's gear store — not a generic one.

The Sentinel Store is an extension of the same veteran-owned fabrication shop that has been building custom metal parts in Seguin, Texas. The gear we carry is selected by someone who works for a living.

Built on service, accountability, and real-world experience.

Sentinel Fabrication started as a practical shop for practical work — CNC cutting, welding, repair fabrication, and custom parts for contractors, ranches, and businesses across Central Texas. The same values that shape how we build metal parts shape how we run the store.

Stephen, who runs the shop, is a veteran. The military instills a specific set of expectations around equipment: it should function when you need it, hold up under use, and not let you down at the wrong moment. That standard travels into every part of this operation.

A fabricator's perspective on gear.

Fabricators, contractors, and tradespeople spend serious time in the field and on jobsites. The gear you carry matters — flashlights that fail, cheap EDC tools, and unreliable security equipment are real costs, not just inconveniences.

We built the store because we are the customer. The categories we're adding — lighting, EDC, vehicle and personal security — are the categories that matter to the people in this shop and the customers we serve every week.

The Sentinel customer.

  • Contractors and subcontractors who work outdoors and in the field
  • Tradespeople who need reliable tools and carry equipment
  • Hunters and landowners across Central Texas
  • Anyone who prefers buying from a real person, not a warehouse algorithm
Selection

Chosen, Not Aggregated

Products are handpicked based on what holds up in actual use — not what has the best commission margin or the highest review count from unknown buyers.

Accountability

Real People, Real Answers

When you have a question about a product, you're reaching a real person at a real shop — not a ticketing system. If something doesn't work, we deal with it.

Central Texas

Built for This Region

The gear we carry is appropriate for Texas conditions, Texas weather, and the kinds of work and outdoor activity that Central Texas customers actually do.

Products are coming.

Dealer agreements are being finalized. Sign up on the store page for a launch notification — one email when the gear is available to ship.
